New trends we saw during the Miami Swim Week 2021

Hello, Hermosaz!
Summer began and with it came Miami Swim Week.

A weekend full of fashion, new trends and many swimsuits.
In the different runways we saw many trends that we have already seen on social media since the beach days began, but most importantly, we saw a lot of inclusiveness and diversity regardless of body types or size.
Here I'll share some of the trends that you can wear and enjoy this summer.

Tops

The tops that are in fashion for this season are the one-shoulder, underwire or cutouts.

These options are
very sexy and accentuate the bust a lot.

Solids or Prints

This year we saw many, many swimsuits in solid and bright colors such as orange, yellow or neon.

But we also saw riskier pieces such as
mixed prints or fun and summery prints.

Personally, I prefer solid colored swimsuits as they
allow you to easily combine.

Strappy

Bikini tops with straps that tie around the waist are very fashionable this season.

As well as the
one-pieces with cutouts and bottoms with openings or high straps.

Accessories

On the catwalks we also saw different accessories that you can use to highlight your summer look.

From
large headbands or scarves to body chains that give a sexy and different touch to your look.

Cover Ups

Lastly, this year the transparent cover ups attracted a lot of attention, since you can use them in different shades and prints.

Colombian brands, for their part, propose bathrobes style tunics with lantern sleeves or spectacular skirts with lots of color and pleats.

Now you know, you can now look like all the Miami Swim Week models and look just as beautiful and trendy as them.

Let's get started!

Long live the color and textures!

Pastel tones and neon colors will be very present.

In general you will find quite a few pieces in solid colors.

As for the prints, they will continue to be led by
animal print, but this season with a more minimalist air and you will also see floral prints inspired by the 80's and 90's that will add a touch of freshness to this year's collections.

All these colors and patterns will be in shiny fabrics and “
towel” type fabrics and without a doubt rough fabrics are the most present this season.

All kinds of cutouts

swimsuit trends x Itzel
The cuts at the waist and under the bust are the protagonists this year.

This type of cut is called "cutout" which show the perfect portion of skin.

These cuts elevate your look and add a super sexy touch to your swimsuits.

Along with this are also present
asymmetrical cuts and rectangular necklines.

They all transform your one-piece swimsuit or bikini top into garments that you can wear beyond the beach or pool.

Combine them with jeans and sandals and you have a look for a totally different occasion.

As for the
bottoms, we will see the high and dug-out shot predominates.

Taking us back to the 80s style that also helps make your legs look miles away!

Brand: Awamaia Swim

It's all about the details

swimsuit trends x Paz
Small details always make big differences and every year we see how new elements are incorporated.

This 2021 belts, whether in bikini or one-piece swimsuits, will be an essential element.

Also together with the patterns and type of cut, they complement that “retro feels” that some of these garments will give us this summer.

The ruffles that we are seeing from previous years will continue in trend this 2021 and "straps" that are incorporated aim to give it versatility to the way you tie your top and help highlight your beautiful curves.

Swimsuits are certainly versatile pieces and it is not necessary to limit their use. You can get creative with all the swimwear trends of the moment.

I invite you to create, to play with your clothes and to consume in a conscious way, every time you buy, take a minute to see the quality, and the different ways in which you can use them.

Being a conscious consumer not only implies buying what you need, but also knowing how the garment was created and how this process impacts our environment.

Finally, invite you to prefer small businesses where you know that each garment is made with a little piece of heart and the hands of someone who loves what they do.

Enjoy these swimsuit trends and enjoy your summer, beautiful!

The perfect swimsuit for your body type

Summer is here and along with it comes the hot weather. The perfect weather for vacations or weekends at the pool or on the beach.

Today I am going to recommend what type of swimsuit you should choose depending on your body. This is very important as it will help you hide those extra pounds or highlight that part of your body that you love.

Let's get started!

Best place to buy bikinis and beachwear clothing variety from our shop.

Let's get started!

First we have to identify, what type of body do you have?

traje de baño de acuerdo a tu cuerpo

1. Hourglass Body

People with this body usually have the same size hips and shoulders and a very defined waist. If you have this type of body, you can use any style of swimsuit, since the hourglass body type is one of the most aesthetic and looks good with any style or pattern. So take advantage!

2. Inverted Triangle Body

traje de baño triangulo invertido
If your shoulders are wider than your hips, then you have an inverted triangle body shape. Generally people who have this body type have a large bust and their hips are less wide. That is why I recommend that you choose a two-piece swimsuit (bikini) either halter or crop top in less bright colors and without a print so that it gives a little balance to your body. For the bottom part, opt for brighter colors, and with prints or details on the fabric.

3. Triangle Body

traje de baño triangulo
If your hips are wider than your shoulders and you have a small bust, then you are a triangle. This body type looks great with one-piece swimsuits. Opt to buy one that has ruffles or some design on top to level your body.

4. Rectangular Body

traje de baño rectangulo
The rectangular body is one that has the same width at the shoulders as at the hips and rarely has a defined waist. That's why I recommend that you wear a bikini-style swimsuit with a high-waisted bottom to mark the waist. You can also use complete swimsuits that have a bow or strip at the waist, this way they will help you highlight it more.

5. Oval Body

traje de baño ovalado
This body style is usually wider and your shoulders, waist and hips are the same size. If you have this body type, I recommend that you look for one-piece or complete swimsuits in more subtle colors, be it olive green, navy blue, dark purple or black. Also try that the fabric is smooth or with a pattern of vertical lines, these will help you make your silhouette look more stylized.

Now you are ready! I hope these tips help you when choosing your next swimsuit.
Kisses,
Belanoia
