What do you like about being Latina?<\/h5>\n

Being a Latina is something I am incredibly proud of. I love our tight knit culture and resilience to overcome anything! We are full of life, love, and always down to party.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

What\u2019s something about you that people would be surprised to know?<\/h5>\n

I\u2019m a skincare ingredient geek. I seriously spend hours researching products and their ingredients, so I can make better decisions about what I put on my skin and put into the environment. I also love helping friends and family build skincare regimens.<\/p>\n

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?<\/h5>\n

Right now, I am loving a simple, black ensemble. I usually reach for a pair of black jeans, black long sleeve, my black and white ruana (which I think is just a fancy word for poncho) and some open toe booties.<\/p>\n

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?<\/h5>\n

Julie Sari\u00f1ana has been my style inspiration for years. She is a Mexican blogger with an effortless, neutral wardrobe which perfectly captures my style. Shay Mitchell has quickly turned into one of my favorite style inspirations. Her outfits are always a perfect mix of feminine, sexy, and carefree.<\/h3>\n

Who is your role model and why?<\/h5>\n

My role model is my mother, Veronica Calderon. She lost her battle to cancer almost 10 years ago, but left behind a beautiful legacy of independence, humility, generosity, and sass. I have worked very hard to be as strong and loving as she was.<\/p>\n

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?<\/h5>\n

I see myself fully supporting myself through my creative ventures. Thankfully, this is my last semester of school and will be able to dedicate myself to writing and producing more content that I like. Having the opportunity to develop a career with my creativity is truly a dream of mine.<\/p>\n
