I think growing up Latina in the U.S. gave me the awareness of how beautiful different cultures merging together is. To this day I still see it as an advantage. To be able to understand, from a young age, that we are not all necessarily raised the same and the fact that we might not all think\/look the same is not a bad thing. If anything it is something we should encourage. To be able to learn from one another is invaluable. Oh and the FOOD. Tacos, lots of tacos.<\/p>\n Read the question above\u2026 most people are shocked to hear that I\u2019m Latina but more specifically Mexican. I love to break that preconceived notion they might have regarding what a Mexican should \u201clook like\u201d. I love to be a representation of the beautiful country that my family is from.<\/p>\n \n BLACK. It\u2019s so versatile to transition from day to night wear and so easy to mix and match with other pieces.<\/p>\n I love Sophia Miacova\u2019s style, she continuously looks so effortless yet trendy. The same goes for Julie Sarinana. I love to look through their instagram\u2019s for inspiration.<\/p>\n I\u2019ve learned that plans are meant to be changed and that sometimes what you think you might want now is the complete opposite in the future. Nonetheless, I firmly believe that setting goals and plans in order to attain those goals is important. In 5 years I would like to see myself furthering my brand and community. As well as implementing initiatives to make a positive influence within my community. I would love to have my own non-profit organization. To be honest I\u2019m not really into dressing myself based off of certain brands\/designers. Although I can admire a designer\u2019s style and quality pieces I prefer to choose pieces that are not only appealing to me but that I also feel the most comfortable in. That\u2019s when you\u2019re able to be your most confident self. Comfort is key regardless of the brand.<\/h3>\n
