What do you like about being Latina?

Being Latina is a super power! That distinguishes us wherever we go. We know that being Latin is synonymous with strength, beauty, independence and that we have the ability to achieve everything we really want! 

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I have more than 4 careers! I love studying!

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

Black, red and green.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

I prefer to value the design and how it fits! My mom is my favorite designer! I use her creations in red carpets, contests, etc!

I love the style of Michelle Salas and a blogger called Andy Benavides!

I'm super picky in terms of style!

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

Uff that is far from now! I will be in theaters and my business will be all over the country!

What do you like about being Latina?

I like that we always call attention to where we are going, the beauty that Latinas have is very peculiar and special!

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

That I am a person extremely passionate about extreme trips, adventures and that I help the most needy people something that very few people know that I do.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

White, red and black are basic colors in my closet. 

What trends are big in your city?

Swimsuits are very popular, since we live in the Caribbean.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

My favorite brand is Gucci, the trends it handles are amazing. My favorite national designer is Benito Santos! I love his designs.

What I love about being a Latina is how strong we are, and the many dreams we have. Latinas are always secure of themselves and people can notice.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I am a Venezuelan model.

I have a lot of black and gold clothes.

Most people dress very urban, or classic.

My favorite designers are Venezuelans, including Nidall, Douglas Tapia, and multiple brands of swimwear.

What do you like about being Latina?

Latinas are known for being authentic, we always face up everything, and feel proud of who we are and where we are, our physical features make us unique and in particular our tropical skin color is beautiful and I love it, I must add that as Venezuelan, I always have a smile on my face and I always try to get something positive out of everything.

 
What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I eat anything and at all times, I never follow diets, I just eat what I want.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

I love white clothes, it represents freshness and elegance.

What trends are big in your city?

Rubber shoes or sneakers and wide-leg pants.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

Choosing only one brand is very difficult; each designer or brand has its own label that makes them unique and creates their own tendencies, however if I have to mention someone, I would say, Oscar de la Renta, sobriety and details are what make even his simplest piece a total boom.

Ariadna Gutierrez, Bella Hadid and Victoria Beckham are some of my favorites.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

In 5 years, I hope to have my university degree and maybe a master, I also have a company which I hope will keep growing and I would also like to venture for Mexico in the world of modeling.

My favorite color is light blue, I really like to wear dresses (super practical). Something that can never be missing in my closet, are heels!

In my city they usually wear light colored clothes and fresh outfits, due to the hot temperature!

Edgar Lozzano, a Mexican designer, I love all his dresses.

What do you like about being Latina?

I love being Latina because of our human warmth, we give, ge help others, we demonstrate that we are a helping hand if they need us. The flavor the we have, the “tumbao” as we call it is very characterizing. I love Venezuela, I wouldn't change anything, I love being Latina. 

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I do not know if it's surprising, but I'm a noble person, who strives to fulfill her dreams, who likes to help and be there for others, who loves adventures, dedicate 100% to what I'm doing, I'm a model, actress and I love to sing.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

I love gold and black, and I am a woman who likes to dress elegantly but I add some variations, sometimes I am a little more relaxed, I think everything depends on the occasion.

What trends are big in your city?

Well, Venezuelan is very fashionable. You select an outfit and add a special and personal touch. I am currently creating a brand of flannels with a very cool concept @beyond_mar and we also have many good things to give in our country, the situation right now is not the best but it is a very complete country in everything.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

I love Gucci, Chanel, Valentino, Naeem Khan, Zuhair Mourad, all of these are fresh brands that are always innovating, they have their own style and do not mind taking risks in order to come out of the same and give a different touch in fashion.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

I love Izabel Goulart, Alessandra Ambrosio, Paola Alberdi, Anahí, Camila Coelho, Gisele Bundchen among many more! I love their elegance.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

Well, I would like to become a successful businesswoman, continue with modeling and reach many with a message in which we are all equal and we should not discriminate against people because they do not have the same as us, I want to create foundations for the animals that are in the street and give them a roof and food and be an example for many, and one of my plans is to create a book of experiences and advice that can help others.

What trends are big in your city?

Girls love the balayage hairstyle (I love them), and permanent enameled with appliques are very fashionable! Regarding gastronomy, it is full of craft breweries!

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I am a Jazz Teacher, I do aerial acrobatics and I am studying nutrition.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

My favorite colors are military green and blue, although I love fashion, in my day to day I usually walk in shorts and sneakers.

Nike, has great variety in designs and everything is very comfortable, and great quality!

What do you like about being Latina?

Studies show that Latinos are the friendliest people in the world, I love making friends. Connect with people who are as creative as me. Being Latina gives you that spark, that touch and that happiness that characterizes us.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

When I was a girl I was raised by my grandparents. My education was strict, I spent much of my childhood in church, I was not allowed to have friends and my way of dressing was controlled by my grandmother.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

I adore white, it is always present in most of my outfits, it is the most elegant color, I love to wear it in classic shirts, palazzo pants and a white princess cut dresses. Those pieces are always in my closet.

What trends are big in your city?

We have an eternal summer here in Venezuela, I would say that the art of prints is always in trend for all tastes and for all occasions so wherever you look, you will find prints!

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

As a fashion designer, I have to say that my brand is special for me, because it is my way of expressing what I visualize as feminine. There are many designers who have my admiration and respect in this industry impossible to choose one. They are an important part of my inspiration when it comes to creating either an outfit or a garment.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

My top 3:

Diane Kruger, has a unique style and does not hire stylists so it is a double merit. Her style is personal, and unique.

Emma stone one of the best dressed actresses of our time.

And of course in my top is my admired Anna Wintour, few women have such an iconic style.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

My goal is to be able to unify and bring to life all my knowledge in the fashion industry as a whole. From designing, making and dressing a piece, fashion is an art and that is what I try to express through my social media.My brand not only wants to make clothes, it wants to give life to fashion, to teach women to have fun with it and to feel confident about themselves. In 5 years I would like to be in this industry not only as a designer but also as an image consultant, helping women to feel confident and secure with whatever they are wearing.

No tengo un color o conjunto favorito, me gusta tener variedad pero los negros y los jeans son indispensables.

En general, las tendencias de mi ciudad son las mismas que hay en todo el país (prendas de gran tamaño, estampados como animal print o serpiente) y accesorios como complemento a cualquier look.

Mi marca favorita es, sin lugar a dudas, Zara, debido a la variedad de ropa que tiene y su estilo, también me encanta VS.

¡Me encanta Bar Zomer! Desde la forma en que se viste hasta sus logros como modelo.
