What do you like about being Latina?
I love the warmth of Latino culture. As Latinos, we typically give besos or big hugs upon meeting. I just love that! It makes people feel welcomed and included. That same warmth transcends into our music and food, both of which bring people together.
What are your favorite colors?
Blue. Although I wear a lot of darks and neutrals, I've been loving to wear red.What are your favorite brands?
Favorite places to shop are Zara, Nordstrom and Asos. My current favorite brands are Gucci and Salvatore Ferragamo.
What is your favorite style?
I'm not sure that I have a favorite. I love to mix and match different styles. Overall, I love European street style that has a fashion edge, but isn't overly trendy.
What are the 5 items you always carry in your purse?
Phone, Kat Von D concealer, small perfume roller, hair tie, debit card and lipstick.
Who was your role model growing up and how does that influence who you are today?
My biggest role model growing up was my mami. She's such a hard worker. She's independent. She's resourceful. She's beautiful. She's strong. I am who I am today because of her, her love and her support.
What is your favorite Latino Dish?
My favorite Puerto Rican dish is pasteles (to be followed with a cold Malta Goya).
What is your favorite thing to do?
I love to get dressed up to go out to eat with friends and family.
