What do you like about being Latina?

I love the freedom we have, and the type of body, our movement and color that makes us unique! We have a certain human warmth that makes many people feel attracted to Latinos.

What does fashion mean to you and how would you define your style?

Fashion for me is not something that has so much to do with what is literally trending, it is something that defines each person and helps us to excel our different personalities. I would define my style as sporty almost every day. I love wearing jeans with tennis or boots and a crop top and a jacket, or I can also wear a casual hat and a nice shirt, but I also love to dress well and wear heels because I love them and heels make a woman look so attractive! I love all my styles, but since I am into fitness I love wearing tennis, which also fit me great because I am a dancer. I also consider myself very contemporary since I love wearing loose clothes!

Who is your fashion icon?

I have many, but I love: Blake Lively, since I was in Gossip Girl I said, "I have to dress like her!"
Zendaya also fascinates me and Cara Delevingne.

How does your culture influence your personal style?

By the time you see me, you already know that I am Latina, simply because of my curves. They are something that cannot be hidden ... and because of my way of moving and dressing when I wear crop tops. I have a lot of waist and hips and I also love Mexican food!

If your life was a movie, what should be the title?

I don't know but it would definitely be a drama or a romantic movie but always dramatic!
"Sofia's diary," or perhaps, "Passion for triumph."

What actresses or models do you think have the best style?

I really like Blake, Zendaya, Cara, Danna Paola, Emily Ratajkowski, Alessandra Ambrosio, among others.

What do you like about being Latina?

I love our style, wherever we go people always say “she is Latina.” I love our food, taste, music, dances etc.

What does fashion mean to you and how would you define your style?

I love fashion, and for me it is very important since I am queen of one of the most important carnivals in my country and I have to always be well dressed! I would say that my style is elegant but at the same time sexy and very bright.

Who is your fashion icon?

Coco Chanel definitely for its elegance.

How does your culture influence your personal style?

I love the culture of my country, I think that in my day to day it does not influence so much but when I have to dress in something typical of my country I do it with great pride.

If your life was a movie, what should be the title?

I think it would be called "life behind the crown."

What actresses or models do you think have the best style?

For me, definitely Jennifer Lopez, the years go by and she always looks impeccable.

What do you like about being Latina?

That affectionate, attentive, sexy vibes that Latin women have, and that are recognized worldwide for that. The taste to dance, the warmth, we are a great culture.

What does fashion mean to you and how would you define your style?

Fashion is part of the environment in which I work, so it is present in my life day by day. I am not attached to any style, sometimes I like to be more girly sometimes I go with darker looks, I love to try everything.

Who is your fashion icon?

Karl Lagerfeld.

How does your culture influence your personal style?

I love my Mexican culture, I could not say that I include it every day in my style of dress but if it is present in my taste, my way of life, my beliefs etc.

If your life was a movie, what should be the title?

Intrigue. The truth is that I do not have so many things planned, I let it flow according to life and the opportunities that come my way, one month I am in Mexico the next I am out, so that word completely defines my lifestyle.

The charism that defines Latinos, and the strength to adapt to any circumstances.

What does fashion mean to you and how would you define your style?

Fashion is a social reference for a period of time in which different styles emerge, I do not have one in particular, I always combine trends with something that I know favors and makes me look comfortable with society. I usually like to keep all kinds of season and styles in my closet. From Hippie Chic to Rockera of the 70's.

Who is your fashion icon?

Mary Quant and Elsa Schiaparelli.

How does your culture influence your personal style?

Well, Latin Women have very adaptable bodies, and I think they look good in any style of clothing.

If your life was a movie, what should be the title?

"There is no second good opportunity, to erase a first bad impression" - Applicable to everything in life!

What do you like about being Latina?

What I like about being Latina is that being born in a country in South America, Argentina, because of the social, political and economic conditions that "trains" you, teaches you to survive, to tolerate and overcome many situations that other people Because they were born in more developed countries, they probably never had to live.

What is something people would be surprised to know about you?

Something that I can highlight is that I like to study a lot. I chose to start the Social Communication career when I was 17 as soon as I finished school and it turned out to be something that I love. I travel a lot every day to get to the faculty. In Buenos Aires the distances are very long and chaotic but still I love being able to come to study and learn.

What trends are great in your city?

Currently the trend of the Giant Shoes - Sneackers XXL - is all the rage in Buenos Aires. They are used with ALL types of clothing. The combination of sportswear, sneakers, along with formal clothes such as blazers are widely used.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

I love Rhapsody. I love your Hippie Chic style. Decontracted and canchero. If I could, I would always dress like this.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

Most of my wardrobe is made up of the color Pink. I love to wear pink in my looks, I always agree or even wear many pink clothes at the same time.

What actresses or models do you think have the best style?

Gigi Hadid ♡. I love his style and the way he carries his physical appearance. He knows he looks good and he doesn't. She is always SHE, genuine, follows her own tendency.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

In 5 years I would like to be received from my career as a Communicator and at the same time be working as a famous or trend model in countries abroad or even in Argentina. Impose a style of Real Beauty and that I am known for that.

I would also like to be a producer in major brands, help with my vision of a model that started her career at 15 years.

What do you like about being Latina?

I feel very fortunate to have been born in a Latin country that values customs and traditions, where simplicity is our main characteristic and family is always first. I like everything about being Latina, I hope to encourage foreign countries to get to know Latin culture.

What does fashion mean to you and how would you define your style?

For me, fashion means a way of expressing your personality and lifestyle. I would define my style as unique since I don't like being like everyone else, but unique.

Who is your fashion icon?

I like to be original in my photos, videos and my work in general. But if I have to mention a fashion icon to follow it is without a doubt, Marilyn Monroe.

How did you become Miss Teen Mexico?

I was interested in beauty contests since I was a child I participated in various local competitions, and when the contest Miss Petite Veracruz 2018 came out, I spoke with my family, they told me that they would support me in everything. I participated and won the contest. I have also represented Veracruz in the national Miss Petite Mexico contest where I was named the best queen of queens, I also hold a national title, Teen Petite Mesoamerica Mexico 2019, and now I'm going to El Salvador to represent Mexico in that line where I am ready to represent Mexico at a global level.

If your life was a movie, what should be the title?

Clueless, apart from being my favorite movie, I think that would be the title of mine.

How does your culture influence your style?

I am a girl who likes to learn new things, and not be stranded in one place, I like progress. Likewise, my Mexican culture, my culture, and the culture that my parents have taught me, have formed my personality, my style and my way of working.

What inspires you?

Many people told me that I could not achieve my dreams, because I am short, period. Therefore, my interest in beauty pageants increased, I did it for every person who told me that I was not going to be able to. I also developed my personality, followed my dreams and now I am a voice for young people, encouraging them to believe in their dreams and to keep trying even though they may get some “NO,” keep chasing that “YES.”

I am a super friendly and a dreamy person.

Black and pink.

Currently they are wearing pretty urban looks, tennis, short but it's because of the weather.

My favorite brand is Dior because it has a great style. My favorite designer is Donatella Versace, unique.

I really like Gaby Espino, Venezuelan. Beautiful and simple. As a model I like Kendall Jenner, she is beautiful.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

Working on a show program at Univisión. Traveling the world and working on TV, which is what I love.

What do you like about being Latina?

What I like most about being Latina is that we are fun, passionate and intelligent women, Latin women distinguish themselves around the world for having family priority while maintaining that human beauty and warmth, I consider myself proudly Latin both for love I have my culture as for my values and definitely because we can take the party where we step.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

Many do not imagine that I am a woman who takes strong risks, I love adrenaline and control the pressure very well, extreme sports are a passion that fascinates me to live and the emotions that generate me overcome my fears, risks or limitations, in the end the only thing that can stop me is myself and to be honest it is never in my plans.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

Actually I am a pretty multifaceted woman, I love trying new and different things regarding my style, one day I can go out as a barbie in a miniskirt and the other as a rock star wearing leather, so the colors affected but my style is always in good taste, at the forefront and sensual ... I guess the colors that predominate are pink, black and white.

What trends are big in your city?

I live in Cancun, the truth is that here the beach and fashion go hand in hand, women are very relaxed and natural, and this has helped to support the trend of environmental care. In our city, we take our life style more serious than fashion and we are always united to protect and care for our animals, cenotes, beaches and streets. This trend is one of the most rewarding.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

There are so many designers that I love that it is difficult to choose just one, from a romantic Chanel to a colorful Pineda Covalin although I can say that I have a penchant for Gianni Versace. I always liked his designs and the style he used during his career in the industry fashion, considering his ideas were a great leap in the industry, imposed an exuberant and daring image in colors and textures, those who bore his name were confident and it is what the designer always wanted to project, this sexy baroque style and vampire is by far a unique contribution in high fashion.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

I could never answer the question of "5 years", I consider that I have many skills that open different doors to me daily and I like too many things, what if it is my I would love to appear in the artistic medium, it is one of my passions to influence in other people, since I believe that I could have the voice and ideals that help more people and I would love to spread it to all those that are possible.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

I really like Irina Shayk's style, besides being very beautiful in many aspects, she retains her essence even when I see her produced, her glamour is incomparable and I love that she always takes full advantage of her curves with everything you saw!
