I would love to dance in other companies in the world and besides my career as a dancer, I love photography and I would also like to work as a model.

I think Latinas are characterized by their interior and exterior beauty. I really love having that “Sabor Latino”. I also love being Latina because people characterize us as happy, friendly, and funny to be around. I feel proud of being a Latina and specially Colombian.

The color white and black, there are the important part of my closet. I can combine it with different styles and colors, and always look elegant and fashionable. I love my black jeans, I can combine them with sneakers, heels, or boots. Also, create different styles depending on the occasion. I think every woman should have a basic black pant in their closet.

What trends are big in your city?

We are in the season of fall, and it is the ideal moment to wear your favorite boots, and different styles of jackets and sweaters. You can combine sexy Clothes like skirts with some nylon stocking and a good jacket and get the perfect outfit. The most usual colors are yellow, red, orange, green, and black.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

At this moment my favorite brand/designer is Michael Kors, I honestly love everything about him. The bags, jackets, shoes are perfect, but if I am looking for something for casual I like Zara or even Forever 21. I think that in some occasions the brand does not really matter, what matters is your style.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

I love following my own style, but in general my favorite model when it comes to style is Adriana Lima. She is my inspiration.

What do you like about being Latina?

I love being a grateful young woman for being Latina. I cannot be specific about something I love to be, but emotionally I am a person satisfied with my roots.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

Something that people would be surprised to know about me, is the reason for my participation in the beauty contests. To this day, I have participated in four competitions and the purpose is to live each contest giving the best of myself, seeking to conquer the crown, but not always leave with the same. My goal is to be able to write a book that tells how each experience has been, thanking each person for believing in me and motivating the girls to fight for their dreams. Among other little things, that little by little I will let you know.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

I am a lover of neutral and simple make-ups. Those that make me look natural. In my wardrobe, I currently have a great diversity of prints, colors and fashions according to each season. However, undoubtedly among my favorite colors in clothing are mustard yellow, terracotta, royal blue, white and red. While in the prints I love the floral and the simple linear print.

What trends are big in your city?

In my country all the time it is summer, that is Christmas time you feel different temperature, but you can come out in short pieces. That is why here in Puerto Rico, one can say that a possible trend is summer fashion, which are shorts, casual blouses for girls. People create his or her own trend and their own style. However, people like me who follow the fashion trend according to each season wear the colors for each, according to the weather.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

It is a complex question, I have collaborated with several designers and I love each one's creativity and diversity. Nevertheless, I have to accept that one of my favorites is:

Raul Japhet: I had the honor to be part of his first presentation in catwalk and I have to accept that all his creations are a mixture between elegance, simplicity and daring. Personally, they are characteristics that I can mention that I have seen in each one of his creations. I am very sure that I will continue to wear his art, it is incredible and best of all is that he is a designer from Puerto Rico who is just beginning to take his first steps in the industry rapidly.

José Luis Negrón: I have not been able to work with this designer, but his creations always make me fall in love. I cannot define what is beautiful about everything I have seen that this artist in fashion has created, every piece automatically becomes my favorite, I love the detail in every piece, the notch in every girl who wears the pieces, the creativity she embodies in her work is incredible. I hope at some point in my career I will be able to wear your beautiful creations.

Giannina Azar: Designer from the Dominican Republic, I have never been able to dress any of her beautiful creations but if there is one thing I am sure of, it is that at some point I will. I love every piece of this talented fashion artist, who today dresses big stars. Every time I see a design on a red carpet or an event, I am fascinated. I love it. I love it

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

I love the diversity of every girl no matter if she is a model, beauty queen, actress or musical artist. However, to be honest my model, beauty queen and influence on fashion and style is Olivia Culpo, Miss USA 2012 and Miss Universe 2012. I love how photogenic she is, how she manages to complement each trousseau she wears, I love her personality the one I have seen on social networks. I love it. It's definitely my favorite.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

Five years from now, I see myself culminating my professional career at the University, beginning my career in the media. In the same way I can mention that probably from here to five years I have culminated my trajectory in beauty pageants, reason why surely I will be beginning to write my own book. Always thinking big, I also plan to open my own business, where I will seek to contribute greatly to women in Puerto Rico and outside my country. Five years from now that is my vision, although I will be willing to accept any challenge that is presented in order to grow in the professional and personal field. On the other hand my achievements beyond the five years mentioned above, I see the possibility of being able to find a person who helps me to complement my life and with whom I can begin to create a family full of love. Among other projects. I always stay positive, I can define myself as a growing woman all the time.

What do you like about being Latina?

The incredible thing about being a latina is our pride towards our culture and our goal of becoming a self sufficient and independent person. The best thing that makes us distinct, apart from our culture, would be our values.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

People would be surprised to know 3 things about me. First would be that I’m studying television production and Radio production and marketing, second would be that I love to listen to Frank Sinatra when I’m stressed and lastly is that I love the 50’s and would have loved to live in those times.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

The majority of my closet consist of black pieces because apart from being an elegant color, it's my favorite as well. My favorite pieces will always be from @zilboutique with some high heels, accessories from @garage_boutique and natural makeup.

Without a doubt one of my favorite models is @keymaisonet because of her unique style. For a long time I have followed her work and I admire her alot. Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

In five years or less I see myself working in the field of communications which is one of my main goals. Being a recognized model is one of my dreams and I’m working on achieving it. I’m also planning to start making vlogs and I like it because I started modeling for videos and I love it all, from modeling all the way to the production. I have come to realize that my two biggest passions can go hand in hand so, why not make them together? I believe that ideas can make a person great, so I’m going to put into practice one of my many ideas and see how it goes.

What do you like about being Latina?

I love been a Latina for the fact that our culture is not a materialistic culture in the true sense of the word. It seems that as long we have family, friends and enough to eat and enjoy life, that’s enough! We celebrate our hard working, our friends, our community, our struggles against ignorance and lack of knowledge to immigration, our history and our contributions to this blessed land. ¡Vivan los latinos!

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

When it is about clothes my favorite colors and those that I use the most are white, gold, pink and black. Part of my closet is with jeans, leather jackets, classic and short dresses, and the other part is full of many different styles and colors, all in the last trend. Also, I can not miss having so many different types of shoes.

What trends are big in your city?

Our all time trends are elegant, feminine, sophisticated and lightweight. Whether you're paring up a jacket with a pair of skinny jeans and boots or beach clothes for a daytime look, or heading for a night on the town in a classic dress, these trends are the ones that capture the spirit of Florida.

I like several brands of designers but my favorites are Michael Kors, Louis Vuitton and Victoria's Secret. For me it is not only the brand, is to find what makes you feel connected and looks good on you. About MK I like everything, how they are always with the new trends and different styles. From LV I like the most bags and shoes, always so classy. And from VS I also like everything, especially comfortable and sexy lingerie, and those that you can go out with. All this brands have the best quality.

What do you like about being Latina?

I love how social and warm we are. We have the rhythm to dance everything. We love to interact with different types of people and enjoy, in my case, the Latin traditions of both Mexico and elsewhere.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I was a basketball player for 9 years and I practiced taekwondo for 6. I also have a bachelors in Communication Sciences and I have my own company.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

Black is the most elegant color to wear. I love jumpers or bodysuits, but sometimes I also take the risk with bright colors.

What trends are big in your city?

The fashion week was a month ago and new trends of the most recognized Mexican designers could be seen. There are metal, cakes, ultra-elegant dresses, urban clothes, etc.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

My favorite mexican designers are Kris Goyri, Lorena Saravia, Gianfranco Reni. Oscar de la Renta and Carolina Herrera, Ángel Sánchez, Jorge Duque, among many others.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

Nicole Kidman is always so elege and I love the style of Milla Jovovich.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

I hope to have different franchises of my business, Gaspachon, I also want to enjoy my family and friends. If modeling reminds in my life, I will continue doing it with the same joy and passion as always.

What do you like about being Latina?

The people, the culture, the flavors. As Emma Restrepo says, "To be Latin is to laugh eagerly, to move your hips and shoulders tasty to dance, to have close friends in five minutes and everywhere. Have a quick opinion and contradict us just as quickly. To be Latino is to feel at home anywhere from Mexico to Patagonia. To be Latino is not to read the instructions at hand and rehearse until you find the trick. It is to know how to survive and to get the urge to live.”

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I like challenges, I like to make the change for the better and break with stereotypes, in this way I feel that I can do what I like the most, which is to motivate others to follow their dreams, to learn to live the lifetime.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

In my city it's too hot, so I love to wear shorts or skirts, because they are super flirty and cool. I like to play with the textures, colors and patterns of the fabrics, so I have a little bit of all the colors, however the one that stands out in my closet is the white one, because in this color I can put some accessories very colorful or play with the other clothes making an original outfit.

What trends are big in your city?

In Mérida, people choose to use very light garments and the trends are changing, but the one that stands out the most at the moment are the snake prints on some outfit.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

I think that each brand and designer has their own touch and that each one acquires that essence in their outfits with the personality of each one. but the one that most catches my attention is in love Mexico by Guillermo Alayon, Donatella Versace and Dior. What I like about these brands and designers is the way they play with transparencies, the originality they have with their shapes and textures in their dresses and the elegance they project.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

Kendall Jenner, Taylor hill, Sara Sampaio. What I like about their looks is that with basic clothes they manage to give the touch for every occasion, as they are very elegant in their events and very flirty.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

In 5 years I will be 22 years old and I imagine I am about to finish my career as a nutritionist, I imagine doing projects with the community about the importance of good nutrition, helping others, inspiring people, giving talks and lectures about my career, or even my life, with the sole purpose of encouraging people and showing them that everything in this life can be done if you propose it and we all have the strength to do it. I think that this world needs to open its eyes, it lacks people who have initiative and help everyone because together we are more.
