What do you like about being Latina?

The aspects that I love the most about latin america is the culture, our traditions are unique, like no other, including the food, it is simply awesome the flavors we manage. Also the family union we are attached is beautiful, we are taught that family comes first before anything else,family is always going to be the most important aspect to keep us going. Finally, the celebrations, our latin blood asks for parties, and everything is an excuse to celebrate!

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

I love wearing black and dark green outfits, I feel that those colors mark completely my personality, besides that those are my absolute favorite colors. I love summer clothes because my skin just begs for sun and summer anytime!

What trends are big in your city?

Mexico city's weather is completely unpredictable, so fashionably speaking going out with a cool jacket or a blazer at anytime is always a good idea. Also I personally believe that less is more, a cute outfit and few accessories look amazing.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

I do not consider that I have just one favorite fashion brand because I love fashion, but mentioning a few there is Valentino, I love that brand because I find it completely girly and sophisticated. Gucci is art for fashion industry, I really like the alternative makes the difference nowadays.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I love rock music, I think that it is my favorite musical gender, I listen it since I was 12 years because of my father, I learned to play drums at that age because I always thought that was so cool being the beat of any song.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

In 5 years I will be 24 years old. I want to keep routing my career as a model and actress, traveling as crazy and overcoming any obstacle that life may place in front. I also have a long term plan of studying literature and cinematography because I consider myself as an art lover. Also, I want to make a foundation for women who have no voice or have suffered any sexual assault, I consider myself as a feminist as well, and I will always fight for our rights.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

I am in love with the style of Kendall Jenner, Aislinn Derbez and Blake lively, I find those women really elegant and sophisticated with anything they wear.

I love the passion for friends, family, and culture and the overall elevated level of consciousness and spirituality of our people.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I am a certified reiki healer.

Black is a must have, but I am always attracted to stripes and polka dots

What trends are big in your city?

Over the knees boots, tons of capes, trench coats, luxury workout clothes that can be worn even to a meeting like 925 and lululemon.

My soul is chloe with a touch of Alexander McQueen, but since I can’t afford that quite yet, anthropologie with a dash of shopbop or nasty gal, love of lemons, or I have a fantastic seamstress, Nolo, who I send my designs to and she makes them a reality

Victoria Beckham, Blake Lively, Kourtney Kardashian.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

I will continue to be producing events and giving lectures on community management, blogging, and traveling, and helping brands realize their greatness.

That love that we share for our roots, language, and customs, is what give us the motivation to fight with love and respect for an inclusive world; but of experiences that bring us closer, capacities that make us stronger, and similarities that teach us to celebrate others.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I love helping people, and although it does not seem by my character, I can be fragile although from the outside I seem strong, I think people would not believe that.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

I love black because it represents elegance, but I have clothes of other colors as well. I would say I have more casual clothes. I am from a city that is very hot and I love having shorts and many tops.

What trends are big in your city?

Casual clothes, bags, technology.

The Italian brand GUCCI is my favorite, I love the eccentricism of that brand, the luxury it handles, and above all the exclusivity.

Olivia Culpo, Chiara Ferragni, Olivia Palermo, Emily Ratajkowski, Victoria Beckham, and Kylie Jenner.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

What do you like about being Latina?

What I like about being a Latina is the food we have, the music, and our culture that undoubtedly differentiates us from all the rest, and more than anything our physical particularity, our features, which I consider to be the most beautiful we have.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

I feel like I have two sides in my person the side of a woman who lives in the big city of Buenos Aires working as a model, always giving the best and trying to be better, and the other side of my beloved province of Jujuy from where I am, in which I am totally another person, where my family and my childhood friends are, where my culture is and my other half where I can be without appearing anything.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

The color that I can never miss is black, and most of my wardrobe has black, other shades such as beige and pastel shades I like, I'm more of shirts, pants, wear a lot of clothing but also comfortable.

What trends are big in your city?

The new trend now is vintage clothing, loose jeans, palazzos, t-shirts, all vintage sunglasses, is what is coming.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

It is very difficult to choose a favorite, but as far as clothes I like Zara very much the style is totally the one I described and the one I use, I love it, but if I had to choose one of my country it is Fabian Zitta I think an amazing designer with excellent prototypes of clothes with a look much formal but at the same time elegant.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

Women like Diane Kruger, Taylor Hill have a lot of style and I love their particularity when it comes to dressing.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

I would like to have my degree as a psychologist, which is the career I am studying, my goal is to travel around the world to know other places, and in the future to have a family .

What I really like about being Latina is how friendly we are. The way that we tend to be when we meet someone is unique!

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?People usually don’t believe me when I tell them that I am currently studying dentistry. It’s something that I wanted to do since I was 14 years old, so being at university now makes me really happy

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

I have different styles and the outfits that I choose depend on the mood that I have that day. The things that really are a must in my closet are blazers, “mom jeans” and basic tops. If I have to choose a color right now it would be yellow or red and black, of course.

What trends are big in your city?

A big trend nowadays in Argentina as well as worldwide is over-sized clothes. It’s one of my favorites trends too! Another one here is the platform shoes. You can’t go one day on the streets of Buenos Aires without noticing that most of women wear them. Nowadays animal print clothing is also everywhere!

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

I could spend hours trying to decide on my favorite international designer or brand. If I had to choose one that is in Argentina I would definitely go with Zara. The main reason is that it is a European brand so it usually has the latest trends and a wide variety

I really like Romee Strijd’s style as well as her work as a model. Kendall Jenner is another model that I really admire when it comes to clothing and setting trends

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

I hope to be graduated from university, maybe even working in a clinic and in my free time continuing with my modeling career. One of my many goals is to be recognized for my work as a Dentist or a model, or who knows, maybe both!

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

Well for my 25 years I keep and sleep with my favorite stuffed toy that my dad gave me when I was 6 years old.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

My favorite colors for clothes are cold colors, since they are the ones that favor me. He always opted for blacks, whites, king blue or navy and blood reds. The type of clothes that prevail in my closet are coats, jackets and sweaters.

What trends are big in your city?

The great tendencies in my city in clothes are, simple to bring to the hand a good sack or coat for two things, the first one can be very extreme the climate of the city and because here it is never too hot and the sack or coat makes of your look something more sophisticated.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

My favorite designer is Karl Lagerfeld because he is sophisticated, elegant, classic but at the same time modern.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

I love the style of Emma Watson, Selena Gómez, Gigi Hadid or Kendall Jenner. They are always my bosses when it comes to seeing what is trending in the world and to give me an idea when it comes to shopping.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

In 5 years I see myself more consolidated as the actress that I am, in addition to continuing to be a spokesperson for foundations for cancer, but I would like to open my own foundation, have large projects in the United States or in important parts of the world to carry the name of Mexico aloft. And since I am talking about my goals to 5 years, I would also love to be married to a man who admires me, respects me and compliments me in my career and as the integral woman that I am.

Ery Viero

Ery Viero is a Brazilian - Italian model, she started her career in the South of Brazil where she worked with major brands, after that she started to explore America, lived in México and worked directly in Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Argentina and the United States. In the last year she felt it was time for a new challenge, so Ery moved to Europe, where she currently resides, based in Athens, Greece, she just started there, we in America have our eyes on her!

How did your modeling career start?

I started my career in Brazil when I was 17, a photographer and owner of one of the largest agencies saw me and invited me to be part of his team. Right after he directed my first steps in the modeling world.

What do you recommend to girls who want to pursue a career in modeling but have no experience or portfolio?

First of all, to be super sure about what you really want. The first step is to seek a serious agency, which will value you and tell you with confidence, if you have the potential to start, or if not. After that, they will direct you to your first photoshoot which will be part of your first book!

"As a model, agencies expect you to be malleable, versatile, aware that you are part of a work art, that is, you will always have to change your attitude, your look, your poses, according to what they ask of you. When in fact you get to the section the most basic things that you already have to always have in mind are: clean and hydrated skin, clean and natural hair, natural nails too and for sure your best attitude, always!"

What is the best part of being a Latin model?

I am so proud of our latin diverse culture, it is something incredible! I love our happy latin way for living, our swing, our special way of making art and music! and of course the miscegenation, is from that the famous and unique Latin beauty comes!

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?

That besides being a model and an actress, I'm an architect, I'm really passionate about everything that is connected to art, fashion and architecture, this composes, gives sense and direction to my life!

What is your favorite fashion trend?

Black is always my favorite color, but in Athens light colors, white and pastel tons are perfect with the style of the country and is the best choice when traveling to the islands too!
