What do you love about being Latina?

I love that people view us Latinas as very powerful and outspoken women. The love and pride I have for being Latina is very hard to put into words. Its one of those things that you just feel but can’t explain.

What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

I don’t even do it consciously but half of my wardrobe is white. Besides white, I love earthy tones. In terms of outfits, because I live on a tropical island, my closet is made up mostly of skirts and short dresses, but that will have to change now that I am moving to NYC.

Because of the amazing 80 degree weather all year long, crop tops, jean shorts and maxi dresses are always in trend in San Juan.

I have a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and I’m also a lawyer. However, in 2015 I was Miss Puerto Rico, a job that I enjoyed throughly. My goal in 5 years is to put all my academic credentials and my experience as a queen in becoming an ambassador for a fashion/beauty brand.
