What do you like about being Latina?

I like the strength of our spirit, the ease of our walk, and the sisterhood among women.

What does fashion mean to you and how would you define your style?

Fashion has always caught my attention, but not enough to depend on it. I was always true to my style. I like to take my style and uniqueness above all things.

Who is your fashion icon?

I think I like many! I don't have any in particular.

How does your culture influence your personal style?

 My culture definitely influence my style. The way I dress is sometimes a way of expression, freeing myself and revealing myself of certain things.

If your life was a movie, what should be the title?

"The light of my shadows" is in fact the title of a short film that I made. It is a self portrait.

What actresses or models do you think have the best style?

 I love Irina Shayk, Bella Hadid, Jessica Goicoechea, and I am a fan of Miley Cyrus.

Who were your biggest writing influences?

My writing influences were George Michael , Michael Jackson, Lady Gaga! My inspiration as a singer would be Jennifer Lopez!

If you weren't singing, what would you be doing? 

I’ve always loved to entertain people one way or another! Singing, acting, dancing would be of course any of these careers!

What’s your motto or the advice you live by? 

The motto I live by.. it’s very simple... give love, get love, be who you are! And never have doubts because... doubt is a killer it won’t let you transform in to what you want to be or who you want to be. So yes follow your dreams don’t be afraid of making mistakes since mistakes it’s the only way to lead you to success or a personality. Live life, meet people, other cultures and create beautiful memories!

What drew you to the music industry? 

Love for music, passion, drive, adrenaline that I can’t not get anywhere else!

You write all of your own music; where do you draw inspiration from when you write songs and what’s your favorite part about the process? 

I do wright my own music as well but not only my own music! I love other talented writers I love to collaborate with.. because in the process you create some great things and you never know what’s gonna be in the end so it makes it more exciting.

What advice would you have for someone wanting to follow in your footsteps?

Always believe in yourself no matter what & follow your heart and you’ll see the end of the road all of it was worth it!

What do you like about being Latina?

I love how passionate and determined we are about everything we do. Regardless of the obstacle, we pour our heart and soul into making our dreams a reality.

What’s something about you that people would be surprised to know?
I am a comedian at heart! I love doing impersonations and making other people laugh. I take my work very seriously, but in my personal life I am a very lighthearted and easygoing girl.


What are your favorite colors and outfits that make up most of your closet?

I’m a beach girl, so I really love light pastel colors. Most of my outfits are fun and sexy.

What trends are big in your city?

Unique cheerful accessories! Big colorful earrings, nice wicker purses and semi-precious stone layered necklaces. Miami is a fashion paradise for me. Besides music and writing, I love designing jewelry and I get a lot of inspiration living here.

What is your favorite brand/designer? What do you like about that brand?

Christian Dior is my favorite. I identify myself with that brand; I really enjoy their attention to detail when it comes to creating their products, besides of finding them incredibly delicate and feminine.

Which actresses or models do you believe have the best style?

I admire the style of actress Monica Bellucci, and how she has managed to stay classy yet so sexy through the years. When it comes to models, I admire Gisele Bündchen for sure, for her sensuality on and off the runway.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years and what are your goals?

I see myself helping people in need, motivating women, spreading love and kindness. My goal is that wherever my music is heard or my books are read they make someone’s day gets better. Bringing a smile to someone’s face is worth all the sacrifice that goes behind the creative process.
