What I love about being Latina is that we're the total package!
Well, I'm a New Yorker so of course I like to dress in black...all the time. But if I can wear the same outfit everyday, it would be jeans, t-shirt and a blazer. You can wear that with any shoe and you have the perfect outfit!
Right now its still pretty cold so outerwear such shearlings and heavy wool coats are on trend but the "ugly sneaker" is starting to be seen a lot.
Its hard to choose one of my favorite actress's style. I'm a fan of several, Zoe Saldana, Jenifer Aniston and Zendaya
My favorite designer: the late Oscar de la Renta. His work was timeless and effortlessly chic. No matter what he designed it was perfect for any time period. Classic! Although he passed away, the fashion house continues to wow me with their looks.
In five years I hope to have accomplished several personal goals for my family and I but professionally, I will like to have a successful blog where I have an audience interested in what I have to say and wear.
What would surprise you about me is that I love playing video games. My favorites are old school games like Tetris, Super Mario Bros. and Zelda.

Actually, being Latina is a blessing... That energy, vibe, and friendly personality make the difference. If I were born again I would love to be Latina for sure!
I feel weakness for the elderly, I can stop my car and help them to cross the street.
I don´t have a favorite color I love every color, but these days wearing yellow makes me feel happy.
In Panama, we have summer vibes the whole year because of the weather. So I would say something like Coachella style would be the trend for us. Nevertheless, there are many emerging designers all around Latin America that are becoming stronger with different styles.
May I talk about fashion bloggers?? Camila Coelho and Thassia Naves are my inspiration!!
I love Carolina Herrera for many reasons and her sophisticated style is awesome. She is another reason to be proud about being Latina!
Well, currently I´m working on my own clothing store so I hope in 5 years it becomes one of my biggest successes! And of course, I´d like to have the opportunity to work with important brands as a blogger that would be incredible. In the end, working on what I really love is my main goal.

Everything. Our resilience, strength, and courage. Latinas face many battles in so many different ways because we are so diverse. Latinas are beautiful sensitive women with big hearts and so much love to offer. At a young age, we are taught to find solutions for everything and an obstacle can never be too big.
I would think how direct and honest I am. I am a communication major and I don’t like to send hidden messages. With me, what you see is what you get. I appreciate people who can be genuinely honest about themselves with others.
I don’t have a favorite brand. I like to shop anywhere and everywhere. However, I would say Aldo is one of my go-to brands. I used to work in retail and I worked for Aldo. I instantly became addicted. They carry everything I love, from shoes to accessories to things I never saw myself wearing. This brand really helped me explore my style and try new things.
Jennifer Lopez is everything to me. Every time I have an event or I have to dress up, or even for inspiration I always look up J.Lo. I feel she is very authentic and is seriously still Jenni from the block. There’s something about her that resonates with me and I aspire to achieve. To me, her looks are timeless and she can put anything on and rock it.
Currently, some of the biggest trends are comfy glam. I see a lot of oversized bomber jackets, sweatshirts with heels, and baggy coats. I am in LOVE with this trend because it’s super comfortable and I still feel fierce.
I see myself grateful for where life has taken me. Every time I find myself struggling I tell myself it’s temporary and I am continuing the legacy of my hard-working family. I aspire to be my own boss and by then have built my Marlu Lashes empire. My small business turns three this year!
My absolute favorite color is black. I love the elegance and simplicity of black. Most of my outfits always have black with gold accessories. My closet is made up of black, white, grey, and nudes. I like to keep the looks simple and chic with a statement piece. I do this because I love to play with makeup and create new looks. However, my go-to makeup look recently has been glowy nude tones with Marlu Lashes.

San Francisco or the Bay Area, isn't often regarded to as a "fashionable" city, but I'd like to think that fashionistas like myself are changing that! In general there's a more relaxed vibe and weather can change in matter of minutes, so layering is a must! Lots of chic coats and denim pieces everywhere (Levi's was founded in SF after all!).
Although I tend to put myself out there quite frequently on social media, I am actually a complete introvert. I used to be painfully shy as a child, and slowly over the years have become more comfortable in my own skin. Once having found my voice, I've attempted to push myself to use it for good. Whether it be through inspiring women through style, being an agent of change and promoting social justice, or simply listening to a friend in need and offering heart-felt advice-- I've always stayed true to myself and voice! Fashion blogging has been a great way for me to overcome shyness while also following my passion!
I would love to say that black isn't my favorite, but i'd be lying! There's something so sleek and cool about it. While I do tend to wear a lot of black, I always find myself drawn to blush tones, anything from pastel pink to dusty rose, will always make me swoon. Outfits that takeover my closet? BIKER JACKETS, in every color!
Alexander Wang always bring the perfect amount of edge, it's an all time favorite of mine.
I admire both Blake Lively and Jessica Alba's style. They're both authentic and effortless in what they wear. I'd say Olivia Palermo and Victoria Beckham are my true style icons!
I want to continue growing my fashion blog and establish my platform as a lifestyle influencer. Starting my own fashion brand or business has also been a dream and I wholeheartedly believe that working relentlessly towards your goals will bring you the results you want. I look forward to what the future holds, investing energy into my passions, and growing as an individual and with those I love as time evolves!

I love being Latina because we are feminine, confident, homely, and caring. Also, I like my skin color.
I am very colloquial and sarcastic, good at making animal noises and I eat a lot!
Bright colors predominate my closet as well dresses, skirts, prints, all types of shoes, and countless accessories and varieties.
The city where I live likes always being on-trend, especially with accessories that can make a difference.
Carolina Herrera, because she always prefers bright colors, her designs are 100% feminine and she highlights the female figure really well.
Olivia Palermo, I love her way of always taking risks with elegance and style.
In 5 years I see myself being an adviser to clothing stores headed by people of Mexican descent. I hope to advise these stores to assure the vision of the designers and artists are represented properly.

As a Latina woman, there are many cultural things that I like. I love our delicious traditional food, such as tacos, tamales, pozole, enchiladas, etc. Aside from our delicious food. I love not only being Latina but also looking like one! I'm 100% Hispanic/Latina and I represent.
Something that people don't really know about me, is that I'm a teacher. Aside from having a huge love for fashion, TV hosting and pop culture, and the fact that I wanna be a well known "Fashion Designer" one day. I also have a special passion that is very close to my heart for children with disabilities. That is why I proudly hold a 'Bachelor's degree' in 'special needs' with a minor focusing in 'Intellectual area'.
I feel like every person in my precious town is very unique. In a way we all are trendsetters.
Former Miss Universe "Olivia Culpo", "Kendall Jenner" and "Blake Lively".
I like so many brands. But for my day-to-day life, I like "Windsor" fashion, and I absolutely love the high-end brand Chanel (Coco Chanel).
I always see myself being a successful woman and fulfilling my dreams.
My daily fashion changes with my mood, but Im very attracted to elegance.

Being a Latina means being proud of my culture and I embrace everything that it has to offer. Latina is not only an ethnicity but a way of life.
This year I was fortunate enough to take some time off and travel to Panama to deliver medical supplies to the less fortunate. It was an unforgettable experience knowing that because of my mission team, we were able to put a smile on the people's faces. Next year my team and I will be traveling to Peru to put more smiles on faces.

Since I live in a big city, Chicago has a lot to offer like rooftop restaurants and lounges with an amazing view of our beautiful skyline. One of the biggest fashion trends I tend to see is high-waisted jeans. Definitely a staple in your wardrobe.
My favorite brand has to be Chanel. They’re always having the latest trends by mixing old with the new. That brand has everything from makeup which I love, to bags, shoes, and clothes. One of my favorite quotes from Chanel is “ Fashion is always in the time that we live” by Gabrielle Chanel.
My favorite colors to wear are definitely a strong red and a fierce black. They make me feel strong, powerful like I could conquer the world.
I see myself working as a clinical pharmacist in an Oncology Center and working on my own clothing line.
I respectively admire Salma Hayek, but not because of her on-screen performances but because of her off-screen work. She is committed to helping women that have been affected by domestic violence and discrimination against immigrants. She also has a great sense of fashion.
