Fashion is showing in the way you dress what your personality is like and how you feel, you can communicate everything about yourself to others through fashion, fashion is connected with everything in the world even with architecture, it is incredible how when They are creating the next trend in fashion in the world. They connect all the industries so that everything economic and social go hand in hand. Seeing the way people dress we can be able to locate them at a certain time.

How does your culture influence your personal style?

My Colombian culture influences my personal style too much, since Colombians are characterized by being fashionistas, we have a lot of style, we care a lot about how to combine clothes with accessories and shoes. We like to be fashionable using new trends, culturally we learn from an early age to make an impact, Colombia has excellent designers, very good clothing brands and we have excellent quality in the manufacture of garments. We are strong in footwear and leather, therefore I thank my culture because thanks to that I like it and it is part of my life to always be very fashionable and looking spectacular at all times.

For me fashion is culture and it is a form of social expression. Regarding my style, I do not have a defined style because I like many. But generally I wear boho chic, classic and romantic.

I can't tell you just one, I like the irreverence of Coco Chanel, the seductive power of Marilyn Monroe, the innocence and elegance of Audrey Hepburn and the authority of Anna Wintour.

What do you like about being a Latina?

I love how charming Latinas are. We have a strong character and at the same time we are sweet and we give a hand to whoever needs it. We distinguish ourselves in any country we visit, they know that we are Latin when we enter a place, and that makes me so proud!

What does fashion mean to you and how would you define your style?

Fashion is a way of expressing ourselves with our clothing, it is what describes us. When we are sad sometimes it can be perceived by how we are dressed, even if we are happy. My style always depends on my mood, when I want to feel like a diva I make a huge production, I add accessories, shoes, but my style is usually tennis, shorts and a cute top, the more comfortable the better!

I adore the international model Joan Smalls (also Puerto Rican) when she wants to be a diva she makes it work! And any other day, she still manages to look fabulous!

It influences a lot, our culture is very colorful, full of life and that is how I feel, all my outfits must be colorful, with ruffles, full of life, I like to show my personality.

Where is Yuanilie? And Yuanilie is traveling the world living incredible experiences, meeting new cultures and facing challenges every day. Sure, right now I'm home but in the future I will be traveling a lot more (manifesting) and that will be a frequent question that they will ask me.

What do you like about being Latina?

We are positive women. This for me is the most beautiful thing! Latin women know that nothing is given by chance, that everything involves effort and that is why we are very optimistic and positive. We believe that doing things well always pays off (and that's true). And although the goal seems unattainable, we believe that it is better to see the glass half full than half empty. That is the positive attitude of Latinas, the same that leads us to achieve great things in life.

Another style that has been here for a few years is the paper bag pants. Its name comes from the paper bags that were tied with a ribbon when closing them.

The wide leg pant is a style that goes to the waist marking our hips and from there goes down loosely. Wear it with a tight top or a crop top, so you can give a super level look to your outfit.

Elephant Leg Pants

The elephant leg pants is one of the styles that I recommend the most when it comes to not wanting to wear tight pants and wanting to hide a few extra pounds.

The elephant leg pants are perfect for important events and I love that now we can incorporate them into our daily looks. I recommend that you use it for the office pieced together with a blazer and in monochrome colors, I am sure it will make you look spectacular.

Jogger Pants

These jogger pants are already an essential part of our closet. This style is the most comfortable of all that we have seen because it is made of a very soft and comfortable fabric. We can use it in many different ways, you just have to know how to combine it and make it casual or semi-formal.

What do you like about being Latina?

Well, the truth is I am Spanish by birth but I am Mexican at heart! As Chavela Vargas said, Mexicans are born wherever we want! I think that despite being born in Spain I am very Latin because my personality and character, I am always happy! I love Latin American culture in general, I think that was one of the reasons why I live here and I fell in love with Latin culture.

What does fashion mean to you and how would you define your style?

Well, I think fashion can define someone, since through it you can see the style of a person, even the culture of your country is reflected, since in each country there are different ways of dressing and different styles. My style is classic and elegant but at the same time sensual, although I also like to be casual and sporty.

Who is your fashion icon?

My fashion icon is Marilyn Monroe since she was an icon of fashion and cinema, she was sensual without losing elegance and with an incredible femininity. I love her!

How does your culture influence your personal style?

Culture does influence, especially in style and personality, I consider that I have a European look with a mixture of Latin and although I feel very Latin I believe that the culture of your country is always in you not only aesthetically but also in your personality.

If your life were a movie, what should the title be?

FIGHT FOR YOUR DREAMS! I think it is important to send this message to the world and especially to women, I come from a small town in northern Spain where women do not believe that big dreams can be achieved. I have always been clear about what it is since I was a child. I walk towards my goals every day. Never let small minds convince you that your dreams are too big.

I love that Latinos are always happy despite any circumstance we always get ahead. My skin color is the essence of being Latin, the culture we have, the music, the way we dress, I love everything.

Fashion is the center of everything, it simply talks about each person, their style, their way of thinking, each person has a different style when dressing. Simply without fashion we would be a very gray world without color without style and without life.
